[0001] The present invention relates to a system for fixing an object on a rail of a support. Such fastening systems have for example already been used to fix objects such as seats or the like on the rails of a support formed for example by an aircraft floor, a motor vehicle, etc. In general, such devices comprise for example a base intended to be placed on or under the rail and to bear against this rail. This base then comprises for example means screw / nut clamping thereof on the rail to block the object in position on the rail and thus on the support. Thus for example these screw / nut means comprise a threaded rod or associated with a threaded part, engaged in a tapped hole of the base and which comprises at one end means in the form of clamping heel intended to be placed under the rail to clamp it between the heel and the base and at another end of the operating means of this rod for example by an operator, to allow its clamping or loosening of the rail. These operating means comprise, for example, lateral projecting portions or an impression intended to receive a tool, enabling an operator to tighten or loosen the system.
[0002] However all these systems have a number of disadvantages in terms of the risks of separation of the assembly due for example to false manipulations or vibrations encountered in this type of applications. Moreover these systems are quite complicated to handle. The object of the invention is therefore to solve these problems.
[0003] For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a system for fixing an object on a rail of a support of the type comprising a base intended to bear on the rail and comprising means for screwing / tightening nut thereof. ci on the rail, comprising at one end clamping means in the form of a clamping heel intended to be placed under the rail for clamping the latter between this bead and the base and at another end of the operating means by an operator to tighten / loosen the system, characterized in that the screw / nut means are further associated with disengageable anti-return means to prevent unintentional loosening of the system. According to other features of the system according to the invention, taken alone or in combination: - the disengageable anti-return means comprise a sleeve placed around the rod, integral in rotation thereof and resiliently biased against a flange the base, the flange and the sleeve having complementary non-return notches; it comprises means of elastic biasing of the sleeve against the flange of the base formed by a helical spring; - The collar came from material with the base; - The anti-return means are disengaged by an operator; - the object is a seat; - the support is an aircraft floor. The invention will be better understood with the aid of the description which follows, given solely by way of example and with reference to the appended drawings, in which: FIG. 1 represents a perspective view of an example of embodiment of a fastening system according to the invention, - Figure 2 shows a sectional view of this figure 1, and - Figure 3 shows an end view of such a system in position in a fastening rail of a support. Indeed, these figures show a system for fixing an object on a rail of a support. The object is for example constituted by an aircraft seat or any other object intended to be fixed on a floor of any type of support such as an aircraft.
[0004] Of course other supports can be envisaged such as for example a floor of a motor vehicle. In general, the system according to the invention comprises a base designated by the general reference 1, this base being intended, in the example described, to be placed on and supported on the rail as shown in FIG. 3 .
[0005] In this Figure 3, the rail is designated by the general reference 2 and therefore we see that the base 1 rests and is supported on this rail. In addition this fastening system comprises means screw / nut clamping this base on or against this rail. These clamping means are for example designated by the general reference 3 in these figures. In fact and as illustrated in particular in Figure 2, these screw / nut means comprise for example a rod designated by the general reference 4 which is placed in a hole 5 of the base and which has at one end a heel 6 to be placed under the rail as shown in Figure 3, to tighten the fastening system against this rail by pinching it between the base and the heel under the action of screw means / nut.
[0006] For this purpose the other end of the rod 4 comprises operating means designated by the general reference 7 and formed in the illustrated example, by projecting parts 8, 9 and 10 allowing an operator to rotate this rod in one way or the other with respect to the base.
[0007] This rod 4 is for example partially threaded and engaged in a threaded sleeve designated by the general reference 11, associated with the base. It is thus conceivable that if these operating means are rotated in one direction or the other, the rod 4 is rotated in one direction or the other to, by cooperation with the tapped portion of the sleeve 11, make raise or lower the rod 4 in the base and thus move the clamping heel 6 closer to or away from the base 1 in order to tighten or loosen the fastening system on the rail by clamping the rail between the base and the heel. As also illustrated, the screw / nut means are associated with releasable non-return means to prevent inadvertent or involuntary loosening of the system. These means are designated by the general reference 12 in these figures and are interposed for example between the rod and the base. In fact these means comprise for example a sleeve 13 placed around the rod 4, integral in rotation thereof and resiliently biased so that one of its ends bears against a corresponding flange 14 of the base for example come of material with it. The facing surfaces of this flange 14 and the sleeve 13 are provided, as illustrated for example in FIG. 1, with non-return notches, one of which is designated by the general reference 15.
[0008] The sleeve 13 is biased resiliently bearing against the flange 14 of the base by means of elastic biasing means, for example formed by a coil spring designated by the general reference 16 in these figures. It will be understood that when the operator wishes to tighten the fastening system, he can turn the rod 4 by means of maneuvering by turning them for example in the direction of clockwise if we look at the system Above. During this rotational movement, the sleeve 13 carried by the rod 4 also rotates and the resilient biasing member 16 thereof allows it to move axially around the rod, to fade on the rod and thus allow its notches to cross the corresponding notches of the flange of the base to allow clamping of the heel under the rail and therefore the rail between the heel and the base to block the system and therefore the object as the seat in position on the rail and therefore the floor.
[0009] Any inadvertent or involuntary loosening of this system is prevented by the non-return notches provided on the facing surfaces of the sleeve 13 and the base and more particularly the flange 14 thereof. When an operator wishes to loosen the fastening system it is first necessary that it axially retracts the sleeve 13 by lifting it against the elastic bias of the means 16, to clear the notches of this sleeve of the notches corresponding to the flange of the base. Once the sleeve retracted, the operator can then rotate the rod 4 for example in the opposite direction of clockwise to loosen the fastening system. It is conceivable that such a system has a number of advantages in terms of its fastening reliability and the fact that it is impossible for such a system to loosen accidentally or inadvertently, for example due to vibrations. Indeed, it is appropriate that the operator who wishes to loosen the fastening system engages a disengagement maneuver sleeve and non-return notches to disengage them and allow loosening of the system. Of course other embodiments can be envisaged.

CLAIMS1.- A system for fixing an object on a rail (2) of a support of the type comprising a base (1) intended to be supported on the rail and comprising means (3) to screw / nut clamping it on the rail, having at one end clamping means (6) for clamping to be placed under the rail to clamp it between the heel and the base and at another end means of maneuvering (8, 9, 10) by an operator to tighten / loosen the system, characterized in that the screw / nut means are furthermore associated with disengageable anti-return means (13, 14, 15) to prevent any unintentional loosening of the system.
